82. 진정한 #리더십

 

나는 위대한 #지도자가 될 수 있다. 다른 #사람들에게 #진실하고 다른 사람들을 영접해주자. 다른 사람들의 말을 먼저 들어주고 다른 사람의 처지에서 #생각해 주고 #이해해주고 #배려해주고 다른 사람들의 #잘못이나 #실수를 기꺼이 #용서해주자. 다른 사람들에게 #도움을 줄 수 있는 일이면 무엇이든 #솔선수범하자. 그러나 어떠한 #보상도 바라서는 안 된다. #포용력을 기르자. 사람을 볼 때 항상 그 사람의 #장점과 #잠재력을 높이 #칭찬해주고 무슨 일이든지 선의로 #해석하고 #긍정적으로 생각하려고 노력하자. 항상 밝고 #적극적인 #태도를 유지하자. 다른 사람들은 말보다 #행동을 중시한다. 내가 행동으로 #모범을 보이면 다른 사람들에게 #규칙을 정하지 않아도 될 것이다. 내가 이것을 #실천하려면 #기쁨보다 #슬픔을 느낄 때가 많을 수도 있다. 그러나 참고 또다시 시작하고 또다시 #시작하자.

82. Responsible Leadership

 

You can be a great leader. Be faithful to others and be welcoming to others. Listen to others first, put yourself in the other person's shoes, understand, be considerate, and be willing to forgive other people's faults and mistakes. Let's lead by example in anything that can help others. But you shouldn't expect any reward. Let's cultivate tolerance. When you see a person, always praise the person's strengths and potential, interpret everything with good intentions, and try to think positively. Always keep a positive and active attitude. It would be best if you valued actions over words. If you lead by example, you won't have to set rules for others. If you were to put this into practice, there might be more times when you feel more sorrow than joy. But be patient and start over again and start over again.
